Blue Line Chauffeurs has provided optimal service for UGI Energy Services for a number of occasions. Jeff and his staff provided transportation for our guests on a pipeline tour near Shamokin Dam and to and from parking areas for company events. They were friendly and went over and beyond their duties to ensure our guests were comfortable and satisfied with their experience. My girlfriend was coming to visit to attend my college graduation. When her flight’s arrival time got delayed until 3am, the car service I had booked for her decided they would just bail on the trip a few hours before she landed (ridiculous!). She was going to be left stranded in the Philadelphia airport. I called dozens of transportation services throughout the night, which either didn’t pick up at all or weren’t willing to make the trip. That’s when BlueLine came to the rescue.
I called Jeff at 12:15am on a Friday night. He picked up the phone, got out of bed, and literally left his family and life at home in the middle of the night to come pick me up so that we could go safely pick up my girlfriend from the airport together. His policy of never saying no to a customer is admirable and exemplary, and is the most genuine I’ve seen in this industry.
In terms of the ride, Jeff spent most of his career in law enforcement, so comfort and safety get a 10/10 with BlueLine. His car was immaculate, comfortable, and he offered me anything I needed (water, bathroom stops, coffee stops, etc.) while on the ride. This is a local business in the Susquehanna Valley that is most definitely worth supporting!

Fantastic experience! Ride to and from the Newark airport was wonderful in a brand new beautiful vehicle. Our driver Jeff (company founder and former police officer) was professional, attentive, caring and most importantly…a great and safe driver. Best professional limo experience ever! He went above and beyond in order to make our entire experience comfortable, easy and seamless. I have used other companies and this was by far the best! Jeff transported 5 friends in a medical leadership group to/ from NYC last weekend.
